We recognise that every customer has slightly different operational requirements, and therefore every contract maybe slightly different.
All contracts are negotiated and tailored to each customer’s specific requirements.
Before presenting a contract for consideration we normally seek to visit you, to discuss in detail your specific requirements, both regulatory and operational, so that we can present a bespoke service that meets all your needs and which provides you with a cost effective solution.
However, we normally offer a fixed term contract, usually for 4 or 5 years in duration with a fixed annual fee for the provision of the CAA required calibration flights. This is normally payable monthly and the dates and times of the required flights are agreed to minimise operational disruption.
Additional services that can be provided as required are provided at additional costs, which are themselves usually defined within the contract.
